The Pega Developer will work on the technical implementation of workflows, pipeline automation and tools related to running Pega v8+ on a containerized cloud platform. You will oversee the coordination, integration, and flow of development, testing, and deployment to support continuous delivery. You will be focused not only on creating but also on maintaining the end-to-end applications.


  • Ensuring software, programs and applications are developed and/or configured to meet high availability, integrity, and reliability requirements.
  • Designing, implementing, and refactoring code including participating in design discussions focused on scalability, design, and implementation best practices.
  • Working with other members of the team and architects on breaking down, scoping, and estimating tasks.
  • Supporting application teams in their use of the PEGA platform: providing guidance on design patterns, best practices, and security considerations.
  • Participating in planning, retrospective sessions, attending stand-ups, etc.
  • Provide peer review and quality control on a daily basis and champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment.



  • Experience administering PEGA infrastructure is a strong benefit.
  • Experience developing and deploying cloud infrastructure is a strong benefit.
  • Expertise in cloud platform features and capabilities is a benefit.
  • Experience in MS-SQL/Sybase databases is a benefit.
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling (including: Git, Subversion, Teamcity, Jenkins etc) is a benefit.
  • Proven experience in cloud development using AWS, Microsoft Azure, and OCP is a benefit.
  • You must be PEGA Certified SA or BA
  • 4+ years PEGA experience
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Works well both individually and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment
  • Have excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Be able to follow standards and methodology
  • Able to work closely with the technical and non-technical teams in a collaborative environment
  • Have a strong focus and understanding of the business process
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple project deadlines
  • Enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Participate in the planning of daily activities with the team members
  • Participate in technical design and development activities
  • Perform code reviews when necessary
