  • Located in Calgary, reporting to the Director, Business Transformation Partnerships, the R2R business transformation partner in collaboration with the finance teams to drive value through enabling new transformation capabilities;
  • Our mission is to collaborate with the finance teams to drive value through enabling new transformation capabilities; and
  • The R2R Business Transformation partner will enable the business in successful delivery of IS projects by helping to define requirements, designing business processes, and aligning stakeholder expectations.



  • Demand Management - manage intake and prioritization of business requests to ensure roadmap alignment and optimization;
  • Process Mapping – develop an integrated business architecture through process flow mapping, key measures, and process optimization opportunities;
  • Realize process improvements through simplification, standardization, and automation processes/solutions;
  • Roadmap development – work with senior business leaders and Enterprise/Solution Architects to identify, elaborate and plan future transformation programs and initiatives.  Fit these plans into our corporate transformation roadmap;
  • Roadmap program delivery – lead innovation and manage change to ensure that strategic programs, solution enhancements realize their value;
  • Build and maintain partnerships within the business, earn trust, build credibility and thereby forming strong relationships with the business stakeholders;
  • Translating requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems to technical teams designing and implementing the solution;



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required;
  • 1-3 years’ Strong experience in Business Transformation, focused on Finance Transformation;
  • 7+ years’ experience and understanding of accounting, CPA is an asset;
  • 1+ years in experience developing strategic plans and roadmaps;
  • Skilled in facilitation, negotiation, gaining consensus and managing conflict of diverse stakeholder groups;
  • High business IQ and ability to articulate the value of different strategies & programs;
  • Highly analytical with experience in process mapping and business analysis;

Management Conductor Program:
