PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Lead and manage the enterprise content management team to deliver results for internal business groups and external user facing tools.

 

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Contribute to the development of goals and initiatives to implement or extend Enterprise Content Management disciplines across Business functional areas to effectively capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver critical information for employees, business stakeholders and customers
  • Work on ECM tools including M365, SharePoint Online, OpenText platform, Power platform, Adobe experience manager platform, DocuSign and other Document Management Systems
  • Manage, and lead a small team
  • Solve difficult and moderately complex problems involving integration between content repositories and business facing systems and external user facing systems
  • Drive internal projects focusing on delivery and reporting
  • Drive improvements of technological solutions, processes, systems, or products
  • Deliver in-house training
  • Perform team reviews

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, University Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 6 + years of experience with Enterprise Content Management in any of the following : M365, SharePoint Online, OpenText platform, Power platform, Adobe experience manager platform, DocuSign and other Document Management Systems
  • 2 + years of team lead experience in a cross functional enterprise environment
  • 2 + years of experience with exposure to the 5 ITIL stages (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Continual service improvement) and its processes

Management Conductor Program:

Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
