PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Specialist Functional Analyst will support the vision, planning, design, and functionality of SAP EHSM solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, implementing, and supporting systems to improve Canadian Pacific Kansas City's efficiency in using SAP EHSM (IM, CM, OH).
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform requirements analysis to develop models, prioritize, coordinate, validate and verify requirements for delivery of EHSM projects and sustainment activities while handling risks
- Use a collaborative approach with different departments within diverse portfolios, examining requests, high-level estimates, functional design documents, and other work related to system assessments and development
- Develop functional specifications and perform system configuration
- Build diagrams and models (such as use case and activity diagrams) to visually represent system and process requirements with attention to detail
- Communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems to technical teams designing and implementing the solution. Assist with creating user guides and training
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in technical or business streams or similar practical experience
- Experience with SAP Business/Functional Analysis processes with increasing degrees of responsibility.
- Functional or technical expertise in projects and supporting SAP with a preference for EHSM module
- Demonstrable ability to engage with business clients to deliver and evaluate suggestions for enhanced system functionality.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP EAM would be considered an asset.

Management Conductor Program:
