The Manager Application Delivery & Support (AD&S) – Customer Relationship Management will develop & maintain the people, processes, technology and data that support the Sales and Service functions at CP.  Working with Business & IS stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to advance business objectives.  Facilitate an environment of continuous improvement to ensure we can support the evolving needs of the business.



  • Oversee the ongoing development and sustainment of software applications in the areas of Marketing & Sales & Customer Service
  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of specialists to ensure they have the knowledge, skills & abilities to deliver effective solutions for the business
  • Meet with Business stakeholders to gather and understand demand and help prioritize amongst competing asks
  • Develop resource plans to ensure deadlines are met and work assignments are balanced amongst the team
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team by monitoring queues and assignments
  • Influencing internal IS teams up to AVP level
  • Influencing stakeholder teams in Sales and Service on requirements and solution options
  • Negotiating project deliverables & scope
  • Coordinating resolution of issues between cross-functional teams
  • Conveying status updates on health of technology & teams
  • Liase with partners on projects and contract staff
  • Research into customer requirements and opportunities
  • Works on complex issues and relationships where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.  Constructs and may pursue alternative paths towards a solution. 
  • Departmental budget $750k-$1MM
  • Manage performance via Team and 1-on-1 meetings and participation in the corporate PMP process
  • Provide technical oversight for the team by leading technical PoCs and composing Architectural/Design Documents and reviewing & refining Functional and Non-Functional Specifications
  • Ability to design, deliver and facilitate workshops to gather & document business requirements
  • Ensure quality of deliverables by monitoring work product and test results and gap identification
  • Communicating in a team environment  



  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business/Commerce or related
  • Strong experience working in various roles of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong SAP Functional or SalesForce experience
  • 2+ years of team lead/people management experience showing
  • Experience in both SAP and non-SAP Project Delivery and Support environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering IT solutions that meet business objectives



Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of Domain experience in the areas of Transportation & Logistics and/or Marketing Sales and/or Customer Service

Management Conductor Program:
