PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As a Specialist Data Management within the Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative MDM solutions (MDM SaaS). By implementing Informatica's cloud offerings, including Multidomain MDM, Business 360, Customer 360, Reference 360, and Data Integration, you will play a key role in improving master data management in various domains and complexities.

 

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Play a pivotal role in maintenance, support, upgrade of secure agents and the deployed services including data quality, Governance and management of master data
  • Help data stewards and business users, in their day to day need when accessing the tool. Liaise with Data Stewards/Business users to ensure that data standards, business rules, workflows and supporting transactions are aligned with the laid out MDM standards
  • Support and maintain current Master Data solutions in the system
  • Actively participate and drive new project's development/deployment and maintenance of custom-built functionality. Integration with SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Analyze multi-functional integration solution to build master data. Access any implications and dependencies for assigned projects and recommend appropriate integration solutions for detailed design works or exceptions that balance business risks
  • Proactively supervise data accuracy and facilitate required data correction actions with business owners. This includes leading the establishment of the monitoring framework on critical data elements
  • Tackle incidents related to job failures, software limitations, and performance issues
  • Build, support, and maintain architectural/technical artifacts for projects and solutions developed
  • Develop/help people in the team by mentoring and sharing knowledge
  • Participate in rotational 24*7 on call support

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or other related field of study
  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including at least 3 years of unique expertise in MDM SaaS, IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud), and IICS (Intelligent Informatica Cloud Services)
  • Proven 3+ years of expertise in Business 360, Reference 360, Data Quality, Multidomain MDM, and Data Integration
  • Over 3 years of experience in crafting UI/UX, searches, and pages for Multidomain MDM, along with expertise in hosting and consuming APIs within MDM environments. Proficient in using CAI, CDQ, and CDI tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Informatica's Data as a Service (DaaS) offerings
  • Must be ready/confident to develop sophisticated workflow and mappings, using multiple standard mapping functions available in tool for data integration
  • Proficient in various methods of integration with SAP, ORACLE, AZURE, and various other legacy systems
  • JAVA developer skills for facilitating any custom code or script in mapping. Proficiency in framing and driving SQL queries is required
  • Basic LINUX skills to build, support, and maintain the configurations in on-prem VM’s

Management Conductor Program:
