*This is a travelling position across ND, MN, IL and WI. Your typical schedule will be Mon - Thurs, 4 x 10's. While travelling your accommodations are provided and you will receive a daily expense per diem and mileage reimbursement.*

Your new role:
Safely maintain the physical railway track within a specific territory in accordance with guidelines set forth by the FRA and Canadian Pacific, including:
- Track maintenance and renewal work (working outdoors, in all weather conditions)
- Use of hand tools and small machines, operating track renewal equipment
- Standing, lifting, squatting for long periods and the ability to lift 50lbs or greater
What you will need to succeed:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to travel overnight away from home (4 x 10’s shift)
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites, and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physically work outdoors in all types of weather
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations, performing tasks in accordance with those rules
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- CDL license or ability to obtaining one (CP will help cover the associated costs)
