The Analyst Transload performs a variety of functions to support the Transload team as well as deliver a variety of projects within the team. The Analyst Transload provides information to internal and external stakeholders specific to Transload agreements; manages the administration of billings, invoicing, monitors customer and operator agreements ensuring compliance to terms and conditions, provides financial trend analysis and variance reporting pertaining to transload facilities, provides project management support for Transload projects, and communicates results to Senior Management accordingly.



  • Management and oversight of the customer billing process including validation of invoices for completeness, accuracy, and contractual compliance;
  • Coordinate the ongoing policy and procedure improvements around contract administration and pricing;
  • Support the Transload Team in the maintenance and sustainment of customer agreements and updating the inventory management system as required;
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and perform variance analysis monthly;
  • Monitor data integrity to ensure consistent reporting;
  • Assist with the implementation of both short and long-term plans to improve overall Transload product offering;



  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics or Business Administration is required;
  • Preference given to candidates with billing and invoicing experience;
  • SAP experience is considered an asset;
  • Experience with contracts and agreements an asset;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines;
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
