  • Identify trends by analyzing & researching data resulting in process improvement / optimizing efficiencies / cost reduction in Trucking door product offering.
  • Responsible for testing and providing support of new technology, system enhancements.
  • Primary lead for indexing imaging to loads, vendor invoices & payables, review customer & Terminal wait times and bring forth changes to behavior and work on continued improvement of tactical tools on Vendor Web like Landmark, mileage bands



  • Works closely with Trucking Services in providing analytical, transactional and technology support to provide and improve the best in class door product on Trucking services and support for future Request for Proposals (RFP) for dray Vendor contracts.
  • Plays a vital role in researching & providing analytics to improve Trucking efficiencies and reduce costs thereby bringing savings to the annual Trucking budget.
  • Primary lead for testing and implementing Technology updates to Trucking vendors / mobile app and any new Technology initiatives.
  • Propose strategy and tactics to improve truck turnaround at Terminal / customer location through research and gathering analytics.
  • Transactional work on Vendor Payables, VIM invoicing, SmartDray driver registration, Landmark reviews, customer profile mileage updates and approval of wait times at customer / Terminal.



  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum 2 years in previous role as Analyst / Marketing.
  • Proficiency in systems like OASIS / TYES / TMS / BPA
  • Strong analytical skills, data modelling.
  • Excellent communication, good negotiating skills and ability to identify systemic issues and provide long term solutions
