The successful applicant will focus on strategy, objectives, and growth, for a team of four specialists/analysts to provide service to the Information Services (IS) Department, anticipate business needs, and align to the company's foundations, core values and objectives. This position draws on knowledge from Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service and Process Improvement.

The team to be led is responsible for ensuring that purchases for the IS Dept. are ordered, validated and cleared for payment, savings are captured, and vendor accounts are maintained as up to date. The team provides service, support and training to the IS Dept. and monitors each phase of the procure to pay process to look for blocks, investigate the root cause and resolve them. This may include working with, or escalating to, cross- functional teams and testing for solutions to meet IS customer’s needs.  The applications most used within this team include SAP, Ariba, and more generally Microsoft products.



  • Develop and execute strategic vision for team and implement systems, procedures, and governance (including a team business plan).
  • Establish work priorities, provide direction, coaching, feedback and support of development goals and targets to individuals.
  • Create tactical plans to drive business goals.  Report on these goals to team and management.
  • Develop/enhance the team’s skills in core functions and applications.
  • Create and Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendor account managers.
  • Perform detailed data analysis, to support decisions on process and system enhancements.
  • Look for potential impacts to service, quality and finances.
  • Resolve issues and implement best practices.
  • Gather and Monitor quality team metrics.
  • Create business documentation for executives



  • University Degree with 3yrs related experience leading a team;
  • Application Expertise: SAP, Ariba, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Management and leadership skills including coaching, motivating, team building, change management, and process creation;
  • Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; 
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive, productive  business relationships; 
  • Self-motivated, with strong organization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment;
  • Cooperative, collaborative management style;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.

Management Conductor Program:
